Discover the Jewel of Baja… San Javier!
What a great opportunity to dive into the past in one of the most important historical Baja´s mission site. We will drive into Giganta´s Sierra mountain range on our full equipped Van just about 38 Kms southwest of Loreto, enjoying dazzling nature’s views along the way. Timeless and still undisturbed, San Javier still remain the same village as an old witness of Jesuit´s missions giving us a perfect idea of the local past. We visit from the oldest olive gardens in Baja, ancient cave paintings at “Cuevas Pintas” to walk around the village and see the mission temple of San Javier. Our journey to past would not be complete without trying the real taste of delicious Mexican food. Heading back to Loreto we will get the best moment to catch panoramic views making this adventure an outstanding cultural encounter.
